I DON’T DRAW
• Explicit gore.
• Animals / Furry / Anthropomorphic character. But some features like ears, tails, claws, fangs, etc. are okay (Nothing against this topic, I just lack the skills).
• Vehicles
• Loli/Shota
• Realistic portraits / Real people.
• Imitations of other artists’ art styles.
• Offensive subject or hate speech.
• Comics or anything that requires paneling.
• Anything that involves NFTs.
TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
I. GENERAL TERMS
• Please write in a clear and nice manner.
• Provide neat references, not a wall of text.
• Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
• Follow the rules provided in the commission information.
• If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.
II. PAYMENT
• All commissions must be paid in full upfront.
• The currency accepted is USD.
• The payment method accepted is PayPal only, via invoice.
• The payment must be done after the details of the commission has been discussed, and before starting the drawing.
• The drawing will be started as soon as the payment is received.
III. PROCESS
• The client will be notified when the drawing is started.
• The canvas will be around 2000px. x 2000px or bigger if required, or if it was specifically asked for the client.
• As soon as the sketch is finished I will reach out again to know the opinion of the customer.
• Any change or modification asked for during the sketch instance will be done with no extra charge.
• The sketch also includes base colors to make it more clear to the client.
• Once the sketch is approved, I will continue with lineart and final coloring by myself. The next update will be the final piece.
• WIPs might be given as well if I, the artist, wonder something about the commission.
• If more than 4 weeks has passed without any update the client is allowed to ask to see a WIP (This can be done twice).
• The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 2 weeks to 3 months depending on many factors such as;
Health, order of commissions, complexity, work, school or family issues.
• If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified as soon as possible.
IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
• I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
• However after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made. Such as small coloring/marking mistakes.
• Any great changes will come with an extra charge. Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.
• If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee.
Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.
V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore I’m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
• Promote myself in any place or site.
• Publish books with.
• To display it anywhere to my liking.
• Post it wherever I want.The commissioner are allowed to:
• Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
• Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
• Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
The following is considered Copyright infringement:
• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
• Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
• Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering the artwork without my, the artist’s, consent.
• A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.
• With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
• Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
• Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.PRIVATE COMMISSIONS ALWAYS COME WITH A 50% FEE
VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
• I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
• You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after the drawing was started.
• You can only cancel or ask for a refund after the payment was done if the commission has not been started yet.
• If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
• If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
• You will be forbidden to ever commission me, ever again.
• Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want for others to watch out for.
• I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me.

- Time to be finished: around 3 days to two weeks.

HOW TO ORDER
• You can DM me in any of the platafroms I use: Twitter, Instagram or Tumblr.
• Sent me a message in Discord.
• Or sent me an e-mail with all the information.

• When reaching out please ask first if I'm available and give me the most general information of what you want. Example: "I would like a half body commission, with two character and no background. Are you available at this moment? so I can figure out already if I can accept it or not. If I do accept, then we can discuss the details and the proper references should be sent.
• If I am unable to take your application at the time, you will be given the option of entering a "waiting list". The position is on a first-come, first-served basis and there is no need to pay anything until your turn arrives.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
♦ Just some things that are relevant and you should have in mind when requesting for a commission.
- Your social media: (Twitter, Instagram, etc. At least add one so I can have a secondary way to communicate with you just in case emails/discord fail) (Not necessary if you're DMing me on social media with your account)- Paypal email:- Commercial Use: Yes or No.
(If Yes, please tell me what the illustration is going to be used for; game assets, prints, avatar for your channel, etc.)- Deadline: Yes or No. If Yes, especify the date.- Commission option: (Cel Shading, Full Render, Ko-fi).- Type of art: (Bust, Half Body, Full body) (Except for ko-fi option, that one only includes half body).- Name of the character:- Character's designer: (Yourself, another artist, is it from a game or anime?)- Character's Reference: (a good visual reference, please, I will NOT work with descriptions only. You can also provide different single images for me to put them together in the drawing. I mean, one for the type of hair, another for the outfit, etc)- Character’s personality/traits: (just a few words, avoid long texts. I just need a general idea to portrait the character's personality correctly).- Pose/facial expresion: (This one is not necesary, if you want to keep that to me I'm okay, but please let me know a little about the character's personality if I'm not already familiar with them)- Background: (Simple / complex/ transparent?)
(If complex, please specify what are you looking for with clear ideas/references)- Other: (anything you think is useful for me to know. Important details about the character’s outfit that are usually overlooked, specific requests for this project, etc.)♦ NOTE: I understand that sometimes it may be difficult to find the exact reference for a very specific idea that is only in your mind. In that case I want to say that even something as quick and simple as a stick figure drawing could be very helpful to achieve the correct idea and make it come to life.
